Sprezzatura One-Year Limited Warranty

Every Sprezzatura piece is covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, effective from your delivery date. If a manufacturing defect appears within one year, we will repair or replace the piece at no cost to you. No registration or activation is required — your order number is your proof of coverage.

Covered

Structural manufacturing defects — loose settings due to defective prongs, broken clasps or links not caused by wear, and stones lost due to defective mounting.

Not Covered

Normal wear and tear, damage from accident or misuse, loss or theft, resizing or alteration by anyone other than Sprezzatura, and discoloration from chemical exposure.

Complimentary Care

Free prong and setting inspection and tightening once a year, and complimentary cleaning with any service — contact us to arrange; a one-way shipping fee applies. These services are yours whether or not you ever make a warranty claim.

Warranty Void If

The piece has been worked on or repaired by any party other than Sprezzatura.

Making a Claim

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and photos of the issue. If inspection is needed, we will issue a fully insured return label.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
