Shipping Policy

All Sprezzatura orders ship free within the United States via FedEx Priority Overnight, fully insured from our facility until they reach your hands.

Processing time

In-stock pieces typically ship within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order rings and custom settings are crafted and set by hand before they ship and generally require additional business days; your order confirmation or a member of our team will provide an estimated timeline.

Insurance and signature

Every shipment is fully insured until delivery. For security, an adult signature is required on delivery for any order of $500 or more.

Address verification on higher-value orders

For orders of $1,000 or more, we ship to the billing address on file or may require additional verification before the order is released. If you need the order delivered to a different address, please contact us in advance so we can arrange it securely.

Packaging

Orders arrive in discreet, unbranded outer packaging for security, with your piece presented in a Sprezzatura gift box.

Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Military addresses

We are glad to ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses within the United States.

International orders

Shipping is currently available within the United States. If you are outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact us and we will do our best to help; any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees would be the recipient’s responsibility.

Returns and exchanges
