Diamonds and certification
Are all your diamonds certified?
Yes. Every diamond is independently graded by GIA or IGI, and the report is available on the product page. If a stone is not certified, we do not sell it.
Do you sell natural and lab-grown diamonds?
Both. They are physically and optically identical; lab-grown simply costs less per carat. Each stone’s origin is clearly stated.
Can I choose my own diamond?
Yes — browse loose diamonds by shape, carat, color, and clarity, then build a ring around the one you choose.
Rings and sizing
How does building a ring work?
Pick a certified loose diamond, choose a setting and metal, and we make the ring to order and set your stone by hand before it ships.
What if I do not know my ring size?
Contact us and we will help; most rings can also be resized. Made-to-order pieces are covered by our warranty for manufacturing issues.
Is everything solid gold?
Yes — solid 10k, 14k, and 18k gold only. We never sell gold-plated or gold-filled pieces.
Orders, shipping, and returns
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free within the U.S. via insured FedEx Priority Overnight. Orders of $500 or more require an adult signature; orders of $1,000 or more ship to the billing address or require verification.
How long until my order ships?
In-stock items typically ship in 1–2 business days. Made-to-order pieces take additional time, and we will give you an estimate.
What is your return policy?
Eligible U.S. orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of shipment. See our Refund Policy for details.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. Outside the U.S.? Contact us and we will do our best to help.
