Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be certain about your purchase. Eligible orders shipped within the United States may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of shipment.

What is eligible

Items must be returned unworn and undamaged, in their original condition and packaging, with any certificates and documentation included. Made-to-order, engraved, or customized pieces may be final sale; any such condition is noted at the time of purchase.

How to start a return or exchange

Contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of shipment and we will provide a prepaid, insured return label and instructions. For security, please do not ship jewelry back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card issuer to post it.

Exchanges

Prefer a different piece or size? We are glad to exchange eligible items; if there is a price difference, we will collect or refund it.

Return shipping and insurance

Return shipping is free and fully insured when you use the label we provide. Items remain your responsibility until we receive them, so please use our label and follow the packaging guidance.
