These Terms of Service govern your use of the Sprezzatura website and your purchase of products from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please review them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from this site. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Products, pricing, and availability

We work to display our products and prices accurately, but errors can occur, and prices and availability may change without notice. Many pieces are made to order or drawn from live diamond inventory, so availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel or refuse any order, including after it has been placed.

3. Orders and payment

An order is an offer to purchase, which we accept when we confirm it and charge your payment method. Payment is due in full at checkout unless otherwise agreed. You are responsible for providing valid, authorized payment and accurate billing and shipping information.

4. Diamond certification

Diamonds sold as certified are accompanied by an independent grading report from a recognized laboratory such as GIA or IGI. Grading reflects the opinion of the issuing laboratory at the time of grading.

5. Shipping

Shipping terms, timing, and insurance are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Returns and exchanges

Eligible U.S. orders may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of shipment, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy. Certain items may be final sale; any such conditions will be noted at the time of purchase.

7. Warranty

Sprezzatura pieces are covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, as described on our Warranty page. The warranty does not cover normal wear, loss, theft, or damage from misuse.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by Sprezzatura LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a way that could harm Sprezzatura or others. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sprezzatura disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.
