Terms of Service

These terms govern purchases from Sprezzatura LLC ("Sprezzatura," "we," "us") through this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Sprezzatura LLC. We may refuse or cancel any order for product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud; cancelled orders are refunded in full to the original payment method.

Shipping

We ship accepted orders to the address you provide. U.S. shipping via FedEx Priority Overnight is complimentary and fully insured. We use reasonable efforts to meet stated ship and delivery dates; where we cannot, we will notify you and you may cancel for a full refund before shipment. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Signature & Inspection

All shipments require a signature at delivery and are insured in transit. Refuse any package that appears opened or damaged and contact us immediately.

Risk of Loss & Title

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery and signature confirmation at your shipping address.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, incorporated by reference into these terms.

Warranty

Products are covered by our One-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects. Except as stated there, products are provided without other express warranties.

Product Claims & Certification

All diamonds are independently graded by GIA or IGI and ship with their certificate. Lab-grown diamonds are always identified as lab-grown on the product page and certificate. All gold is solid 10k, 14k, or 18k — never plated or filled.

Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address you provided; undeliverable packages returned to us will be reshipped at cost.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
