Refund policy
30-Day Returns
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible U.S. orders within 30 days of delivery. To start, contact us through our Contact page or reply to any order email with your order number. We'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid, fully insured FedEx return label.
Returns sent without our provided label cannot be accepted and will be returned to sender.
Once your label is issued, your package must be scanned by FedEx within 7 days. Returns received outside the 30-day window will be returned to you.
Eligibility
- Item must be new, unworn, and unaltered
- Original packaging, certificate, and documentation must be included
- Return must use our provided FedEx label, shipped from within the U.S.
- Please reuse the original box — if oversized packaging causes excess shipping costs, we may pass that fee through
Final Sale (Not Returnable)
- Personalized or engraved pieces (engagement rings and wedding bands excluded — those remain returnable)
- Special orders and custom requests (engagement rings and wedding bands excluded)
- Items marked final sale on the product page
Refunds
- Refunds go to your original payment method
- Returns are processed Monday–Friday, typically logged within 24 business hours of receipt; allow 5–15 business days for full processing
- Card refunds are submitted within 3 business days of processing (banks may take up to 10 business days to post); PayPal within two weeks
- Original shipping charges, where any were paid, are non-refundable
- Two complimentary returns or exchanges per customer per calendar year
Exchanges
The fastest exchange: return the original for a refund and place a new order. We'll help you arrange it directly.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost, including all shipping — damaged or incorrect orders don't count against your return limit.
