Fully Insured, Free FedEx Priority Overnight Shipping

Once your piece has been crafted and passes final inspection, Sprezzatura ships all U.S. orders free via FedEx Priority Overnight, fully insured from our door to yours. You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking the moment your order leaves our facility. Once shipped, your order is expected to arrive by 12pm the following business day, pending no courier delays. A signature is required at delivery.

Order Processing & Ship Dates

Each piece is prepared, inspected, and matched with its GIA or IGI certificate before shipment. Your order confirmation states your expected ship window. If we cannot meet that date, we will notify you promptly with a revised date and you may cancel for a full refund at any time before shipment.

Discreet Packaging

Your order arrives in a discreetly marked package — no jewelry branding outside. Inside: your piece, its gift box, and its independent certificate.

Shipping to an Alternate Address

We can ship to an address other than your billing address. For security, the shipping address for orders over $1,000 must be on file with your credit card issuer — call your issuing bank to add it before placing your order.

Military Addresses

We ship free to any APO, FPO, or DPO address via USPS. List your city as APO, FPO, or DPO and your state as AA (South & Central America), AE (Europe, Middle East, Africa, Canada), or AP (Pacific), with your 5-digit zip.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for all duties, VAT, taxes, and broker charges levied by their country — please confirm these with local authorities before ordering. Canadian orders are charged applicable duties, taxes, and shipping, calculated at checkout.
